(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, Sept 5 (KUNA) -- Al-Arabi SC defeated Al-Naser SC 31-28 on Friday, while Kuwait SC defeated Qadsiya 28-22 in the opening match of the second round of the country's league at Sheikh Saad Al-Abdullah Sports Complex.
An intense encounter at the first match between Arabi and Al-Naser between the two teams, which lasted until the final minutes, with the Greens securing the victory thanks to their experienced players and their ability to exploit opportunities.
In the other match, Kuwait SC secured the top spot in the round against Al-Qadsiya 28-22 in an exciting match in which the Whites dominated and controlled most of the match.
The second round matches conclude tomorrow, Saturday, with two matches.
