Moci Announces One-Month Closure Of Establishment For Deceiving Consumers
Doha, Qatar: The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MoCI) announced a month-long closure of Amadora Trade and Contracting (Cabinets and Kitchens) for non-compliance with the provisions of Articles (7) and (11) of Law No. (8) of 2008 regarding consumer protection.
MoCI said that the violating establishment was found to have been misleading and deceiving consumers regarding service information and features, as well as failing to perform work.
