GAZA, Aug 24 (KUNA) -- For over five months, the Israeli occupation siege has suffocated Gaza, forcing residents to endure extreme hunger, disease, and slow death while struggling daily for access to basic necessities, medicine, and life-sustaining resources amid desperation.
Life inside homes, camps, and shelters has become an unrelenting battle for food and medical care, with elderly care centers, displacement camps, and hospitals exposing the stark tragedy as seniors, children, patients, and pregnant women suffer immensely.
Doctors warn malnutrition and lack of healthcare worsen chronic illnesses, human rights organizations report hundreds of deaths from starvation and untreated disease, and the international community faces a historic responsibility to urgently lift the blockade and allow aid. (end)
