Zelensky Holds Meeting Of Supreme Commander-In-Chief's Headquarters
“I held a meeting of the Headquarters of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief today. There were reports from our intelligence services – the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine and the Main Intelligence Directorate – about the challenges for the summer and autumn and Russia's intentions. We discussed in detail which threats need to be responded to,” he said.
According to Zelensky, during the meeting, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi reported on the situation at the front.
The most attention was paid to the Pokrovsk sector, as well as the Sumy Region, where Ukraine continues to operate in the border area.
The President expressed his gratitude to the Ukrainian units serving on Russian territory.
Meanwhile, Defence Minister Denys Shmyhal reported on the receipt of international military aid and the logistics of supplying weapons to the front line. Against this backdrop, the President ordered the establishment of a technological headquarters dedicated to drones.
“There is an approved plan to reach 500-1,000 interceptors per day. This is very difficult. And this is the personal responsibility of all our officials involved,” Zelensky emphasized.
