JJ Schmuckler Joins Real Chemistry As Group President

(MENAFN- PRovoke) NEW YORK - Real Chemistry has named JJ Schmuckler as group president and chief revenue officer, the most senior of three executive appointments made as part of a broader leadership restructuring.

In the newly created role, Schmuckler will oversee strategic client partnerships and revenue growth across the organization. He will report directly to CEO Shankar Narayanan and joins from VML, where he was global chief growth officer. He previously held several senior roles across WPP.

“JJ brings strategic clarity and a strong track record of building business at scale,” Narayanan said in a statement.

Two other senior leaders were also named.

Michele Terra has been appointed president of 21GRAMS, a Real Chemistry agency, where she will lead operations, client service, and creative execution. Terra was previously president of Omnicom's Healthcare Consultancy Group and joined Real Chemistry in 2024 to help launch its Global Client Lead model.

Brenna Terry joins as president in integrated communications. She was most recently global healthcare chair at Burson and has held senior roles at AstraZeneca, Johnson & Johnson, and Janssen. She will focus on enhancing Real Chemistry's integrated offering across data, creative, and communications.

“These appointments reflect our intent to strengthen leadership in key areas of the business as we evolve our global offering,” Narayanan said.
