Bani Mustafa also affirmed the government's "commitment" to increasing inclusion of the Kingdom's most vulnerable groups within the social protection umbrella.
Bani Mustafa discussed the ministry's current programs in the areas of protecting persons with disabilities, orphans and the destitute groups, juveniles, the elderly, as well as combating vagrancy.
Bani Mustafa highlighted the efforts of the Inter-Ministerial Committee for Women's Empowerment and its initiatives to increase women's political and economic participation.
To achieve goals, she underlined importance of partnerships with official ministries and institutions, mainly the Ministries of Education, Health, Labor, Planning and International Cooperation, as well as relevant national councils.
Bani Mustafa emphasized the importance of partnerships with the private and voluntary sectors.
Qabwat, in turn, expressed her gratitude and appreciation to Jordan, its leadership, government, and people, for their continued support for recovery and reform efforts in Syria.
Qabwat emphasized the Syrian side's desire to benefit from the Jordanian experience, mainly in the areas of combating vagrancy, regulating work of associations, and NAF aid mechanisms.
Qabwat said the visit aims to strengthen brotherly relations and enhance bilateral cooperation, benefit from Jordanian expertise in protection, care, and development fields, by reviewing the NAF's services and a number of the ministry-affiliated technical units and care homes.
The delegation's two-day trip aims to review the Jordanian ministry's programs and services and its affiliated units.
