Doha: The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) general index closed Monday's trading higher by 49.11 points, or 0.46 percent, to close at 10,801.07 points.
During the session, 132,273,668 shares, valued at QAR 386,597,980.001, were traded in 21,579 transactions across all sectors.
The session saw shares of 32 companies rise, 17 companies decline in their share price, and four companies maintain their previous closing price.
Market capitalization at the end of the trading session amounted to QAR 638,414,115,027.830, compared to QAR 635,884,854,765.419 in the previous session.
