Drone Attack On Kharkiv: Drones Hit High-Rise Buildings, Children Among Victims

According to him, the strikes occurred in the Slobidskyi and Shevchenkivskyi districts.

“In Shevchenkivskyi, there is preliminary information about a hit on a high-rise building. One of the floors of the residential building is on fire,” the post says.

There is information about casualties in the building where the UAV hit, Ihor Terekhov adds.

A hit on a high-rise building in the Slobidskyi district has also been recorded.

The head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, added to the information on Telegram.

"As a result of the enemy attack on the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kharkiv, four people were initially injured, including two children. A fire broke out on the 8th floor of the building, with an estimated area of 10 m2," he wrote.

He later clarified the details of the consequences of the strikes.

"Two people were injured in the Slobidskyi district of Kharkiv as a result of the enemy attack. They are receiving the necessary medical assistance. Civilian objects and a kindergarten building were damaged," Oleh Syniehubov wrote.

The total number of people injured in the drone attack in Kharkiv is eight, according to the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration on Telegram.

As reported by Ukrinform, Kharkiv was hit by several Shahed strikes in the morning.
