39 Palestinians Martyred In Israeli Shelling Of Several Areas In Gaza Strip

(MENAFN- Gulf Times) At least 39 Palestinians were martyred tonight, and dozens were injured, as a result of intensive airstrikes and shelling carried out by the Israeli occupation forces on several areas in the northern, central, and southern Gaza Strip.
Medical sources reported that 13 citizens were killed and others were injured in an Israeli shelling that targeted two apartments in a residential building near the Samer Junction in central Gaza City. A mother and her son were also killed in the shelling of another residential building on Al-Thawra Street in the central Al-Rimal neighborhood.
Ten Palestinians were also killed and several others were injured when Israeli aircraft bombed the tents of displaced people near the Palestine Junction, west of the city. Ten others were killed in an attack on a house near the Darduna Junction in Jabalia Al-Balad, north of the Gaza Strip.
In the south, a Palestinian died of wounds sustained in a previous bombing of Khan Yunis. Three others, including two children, were killed in an Israeli drone strike on a tent housing displaced people in Khan Yunis camp. Five people were injured in a drone strike on a group of citizens in the Al-Mawasi area, northwest of Rafah.
