National Futsal Players Receive Annual Stipends

KABUL (Pajhwok): The Afghanistan National Olympic Committee says the national futsal team has received annual stipend for the solar year 1403.

In a post on its X handle, the General Directorate of Physical Education and Sports wrote that, as part of the stipend distribution process, the national futsal team players received their payments on Wednesday. Each player was granted 13,200 afghanis for the year.

The statement added that the distribution process began earlier this week, covering 3,767 athletes from 52 different federations.

The stipend distribution process officially commenced in early March 2025. At the time, Olympic Committee officials stated that nearly 50 million afghanis had been allocated for 3,767 athletes.
