Turkish Roketsan Finalizes Major Agreement with Indonesia

(MENAFN) Turkish missile manufacturer Roketsan has finalized two significant agreements with Indonesia’s PT Republik Defence Indonesia.

The contracts cover the supply of the ATMACA Anti-Ship Missile as well as a collaborative production program, revealed Murat Ikinci, Roketsan’s chairman, in a statement on X this Wednesday.

"These agreements mark a key step in boosting Indonesia’s naval capabilities and advancing local defense industry development," he noted.

These deals were inked during the INDO Defense 2025 event held in Jakarta, Indonesia’s capital.

In a related announcement earlier on Wednesday, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan declared that Türkiye will export 48 fighter jets to Indonesia, setting a new record for the country’s defense procurement.
