He will spearhead Verita's global class action sales efforts, leveraging his extensive experience in both US and international claims management and settlement administration.

Before joining Verita, Haber played a pivotal role advising clients in numerous large and complex settlement administrations covering data privacy, antitrust, automotive, consumer products, securities and financial services. His experience working with major financial institutions, tech firms, and manufacturers provides him with a unique global perspective. He is recognized as a go-to resource for leading class and collective action attorneys and is a seasoned speaker at top industry conferences internationally. Before his career in settlement administration, Haber practiced as a commercial litigator in New York, having received his Juris Doctor from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
