Qatar Condemns Israeli National Security Minister's Storming Of Al-Aqsa Mosque

(MENAFN- Gulf Times) The State of Qatar condemned the storming of Al-Aqsa Mosque by the National Security Minister in the Israeli occupation government, officials, and settlers.
In a statement on Monday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs affirmed that the occupation's repeated attempts to undermine the religious and historical status of Al-Aqsa Mosque constitute a provocation to more than two billion Muslims around the world. The ministry warned that the escalating policy it adopts in the occupied Palestinian territories, including the ongoing brutal war of genocide in the Gaza Strip, will inevitably lead to an expansion of violence and chaos in the region and undermine efforts to implement the two-state solution and achieve comprehensive, just, and sustainable peace, calling for urgent and effective action by the international community to compel the occupation to comply with international legitimacy resolutions.
The ministry reiterated the State of Qatar's firm position on the justness of the Palestinian cause and the legitimate rights of the brotherly Palestinian people, including the full right to practice their religious rituals without restrictions and to establish their independent state on the 1967 borders, with East Jerusalem as its capital.
