Qatar's Cyber Security Agency Takes Action Against Construction Company For Data Privacy Violations
Doha, Qatar: National Cyber Security Agency has taken action against a local construction company for failing to uphold the personal data privacy, demanding stricter data protection measures.
The National Data Privacy Office (NDPO) of the agency issued a binding decision No. 3 of 2024 against the company for violating the provisions of articles No. 8, 11, 13, 14 concerning the controller's obligations and personal data processing controls.
