Karak: Class 10 Islamiyat Paper Leaked Before Exam
Sources revealed that the leaked paper was available at photocopy shops ahead of the scheduled exam, raising questions about the integrity of the examination system and the effectiveness of the Kohat Board's much-touted security protocols.
The annual matric exams under the Kohat Board officially began today in Karak, with all examination centres set up in government-run educational institutions.

According to Board Chairman Imtiaz Ayub, around 100,000 students appear in this year's matric exams, including 49,000 from Class 9 and 51,000 from Class 10.
A total of 319 examination centres have been established for both classes. The board administration had earlier claimed to have implemented special security arrangements, including CCTV surveillance and deployment of inspection teams to prevent cheating and ensure transparency.
However, the early leak of the paper has undermined these claims and exposed serious administrative lapses, highlighting the need for urgent reforms to restore the credibility of the examination process.
