Over 200 People, Including Children, Evacuated From Donetsk Region


(MENAFN- UkrinForm) A total of 246 people, including 86 children, were successfully evacuated from Donetsk region.

Vadym Filashkin, Head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration announced the news on Facebook , as reported by Ukrinform.

“Over the past 24 hours, Russian forces carried out four attacks on settlements in Donetsk region. A total of 246 people, including 86 children, were evacuated from the frontline areas,” Filashkin informed.

According to him, in Pokrovsk community, two people were injured in the attacks which also damaged two apartment buildings and a private house.

In Lyman, two houses sustained damage.

In Berestok, part of Illinivka community, one infrastructure facility was damaged.

In Siversk, six houses were affected by the shelling.

As reported, in the past 24 hours, two civilians in Donetsk region were injured by Russian attacks.
