Grand Eid Fest 2025 Begins At Pan Pacific Sonargaon Dhaka

Dhaka: Pan Pacific Sonargaon Dhaka has been arranging "Grand Eid Fest 2025," the country's first-ever Eid extravaganza, from March 26 to Chand Raat in its grand ballroom. The five-star hotel inaugurated the festival with an opening ceremony on Wednesday.

Ms. Nasreen Jahan, the secretary of the Ministry of Civil Aviation & Tourism and the chairman of Hotels International Limited, the parent company of Pan Pacific Sonargaon Dhaka, attended the inauguration event as the chief guest.

During her speech, Ms. Jahan expressed her astonishment and admiration for the unique and diverse products that Bangladeshi young entrepreneurs introduced through their online and offline-based ventures and regarded the "Grand Eid Fest" as a distinct platform for the entrepreneurs to further expand their reach.

Mr. Abu Tahir Muhammad Zaber, additional secretary of the Ministry of Civil Aviation & Tourism and CEO of the Bangladesh Tourism Board; Mr. Habibul Bashar Suman, former captain of the national cricket team; and Mr. Md. Israt Hossain Khan, managing director of Hotels International Limited, were present along with other guests and delivered speeches.

"Grand Eid Fest 2025" has brought more than forty national and international fashion and lifestyle brands, including Sony Smart, Twelve Clothing, Shatarupa Jewellers, Jaber & Kindi, Lusso Bella, Spark Gear, etc., under one roof, and the brands are offering up to 15% discount on purchases during the fair.

Apart from the brand stalls, the festival dedicated a mehendi corner that offers mehendi design services within a reasonable budget, a kids zone with six enjoyable rides, and a photo booth with gorgeous decorations for taking photos.

Asif Ahmed, the acting general manager of Pan Pacific Sonargaon Dhaka, informed us the five-star hotel is offering Iftar and Sehri items during the carnival at the most reasonable price.

"Grand Eid Fest 2025" will remain open for visitors without an entry fee from 11:00 am to 3:00 am until Chand Raat. With the purchase of products worth BDT 2000 or more, visitors get a chance to participate in a raffle and win prizes every day.

On Chand Raat, the last day of the festival, a special raffle draw will take place with exclusive prizes including two Dhaka-Bangkok-Dhaka and one Dhaka-Cox's Bazar-Dhaka couple air tickets.
