Khamasin Depression Due To Affect Kingdom Today's Evening
(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency)
Amman, Mar. 28 (Petra)-- An extension of a Khamasin depression will impact the Kingdom in the evening, and most of the Kingdom, particularly the southern areas, will have dusty weather. The winds will shift to the southwest and be somewhat strong at times.
The weather, on Friday, is expected to be warm and springlike in most places, hot in the Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, and Aqaba, and cloudy at medium and high elevations. There will be moderately strong winds coming from the southeast.
Dust is causing poor visibility in various parts of the Kingdom, especially on roadways, according to the Jordan Meteorological Department. It encourages those who suffer from respiratory disorders, allergies, or asthma to wear masks when they are outside and to stay inside as much as possible.
Temperatures in the capital Amman will range between a high of 29 degrees Celsius and a low of 14 degrees.
Highs in the port city of Aqaba will reach 36 degrees during the day, sliding to 19 degrees at night.
