Army Chief Visits Royal Artillery Corps Pledges Further Upgrades

Amman, Mar. 20 (Petra) – Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Maj. Gen. Yousef Huneiti, on Thursday visited the Royal Artillery Corps Command.
During his visit, Huneiti was briefed on the corps' missions, duties, and training programs, as well as its role in supporting various formations of the Jordanian Armed Forces (JAF)-Arab Army.
Huneiti stated that the JAF's General Command continues to implement plans, aimed at developing the corps, aimed to enhance its capabilities and maintaining its readiness to protect and defend the homeland.
Hneiti stressed the need to focus on various operational and training aspects to ensure the "efficient and adequate" Implementation of duties under all circumstances.
Concluding the visit, Huneiti wrote a note in the visitors' logbook, expressing pride in the "distinguished" level, competence, professionalism, and "high" morale of the Royal Artillery Corps personnel.
