Trump Declares Release of John F. Kennedy Assassination Documents

(MENAFN) Tens of thousands of formerly classified FBI documents related to the 1963 assassination of previous Leader John F. Kennedy will be released this week, as Leader Donald Trump confirmed on Monday.

The release, scheduled for Tuesday afternoon, will make approximately 80,000 pages of files public. Trump stated that he had instructed his officials not to censor any of the "very interesting" six-decade-old documents.

"You got a lot of reading. I don't believe we're going to redact anything. I said, 'just don't redact. You can't redact.' But we're going to be releasing the JFK files," Trump stated. "They've been waiting for that for decades. And I said during the campaign I’d release them, and I’m a man of my word. So tomorrow you have the JFK files."

In January, Trump ordered the declassification of all government records in connection with the assassinations of Leader Kennedy, his brother, Senator Robert F. Kennedy, as well as civil rights president Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr.
