Taxi crashes into wall in South Korea, fatalities included


(MENAFN) Officials reported, on Thursday, a taxi collided with a wall outside a house in the southeastern city of Ulsan, killing three people and leaving two others with serious injuries.

The accident took place at 1:01 p.m. when a taxi, carrying five people, lost control while driving down a rounded, steep lane in Ulsan, located about 310 kilometers southeast of Seoul, and crashed into a wall.

The taxi driver along with the four passengers on board were all reported to be in their seventies.

A probe was launched to look into the reason behind the incident, and is currently in progress.
