First Deputy PM Inspects Security Post On National Days

(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, Feb 25 (KUNA) -- First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Fahad Yusuf Saud Al-Sabah visited a security post on the Arabian Gulf St. on Tuesday to make sure of the efficacy of measures aiming to protect the safety of the celebrations marking 64th National Day and 34th Liberation Day of Kuwait.
During the inspection tour, he was apprised of the security arrangements, including the deployment of security personnel, the operation room and the traffic camera system, according to a statement from the Interior Ministry's General Directorate of Security Relations and Media.
Appreciating their diligence and dedication, Sheikh Fahad conveyed to the security leaders and personnel the greetings of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah on this national occasion, the statement added.
