Ukrainian Forces Destroy Russian Su-25 On Toretsk Front

(MENAFN- UkrinForm) On the Toretsk front in Donetsk region, soldiers of the 28th Brigade destroyed Russia's Su-25 fighter jet.

As reported by Ukrinform, the 28th Mechanized Brigade named after the Knights of the Winter Campaign, announced this on Telegram.

"The warriors of the 28th Brigade have destroyed an enemy Su-25 jet! One Russian fighter aircraft less on the Toretsk front thanks to our air defense forces. Ukrainian skies are becoming more secure!" the statement reads.

The brigade promised to provide further details soon.

As previously reported by Ukrinform, Ukraine's Defense Forces have shot down 67 Russian drones, with other 71 UAVs reported as lost from tracking.
