Kuwait's CSC Holds Planning, Leadership Workshop In France


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) PARIS, Feb 8 (KUNA) -- Kuwait's Civil Service Commission (CSC) held a contractual program (a specialized workshop on planning and preparing future leaders) in France, with several Kuwaiti officials attending, as part of international cooperation and exchanging expertise promotion.
The CSC said, in a statement on Saturday, that the workshop came in the context of a memo of understanding signed with the National Institute for Public Service in France.
The participating delegation visited the headquarters of the National Institute for Public Service where they were briefed on the work mechanisms at the institute and the rehabilitation and training programs it provides to develop government leaders.
The delegation members also listened to introductory presentations on the French experience in public administration and methods of preparing leaders and decision-makers, which contributed to enhancing the benefit from the best international practices in this field.
Kuwait's Ambassador to France Abdullah Al-Shaheen visited the participants in the workshop where he highlighted the importance of these programs in developing national competencies and enhancing their readiness to keep pace with global developments and changes. (end)
