Real Kashmir Draw 1-1 With Sreenidi Deccan In I-League

(MENAFN- Kashmir Observer) Hyderabad- Real Kashmir FC once again let go of an early lead to draw 1-1 with Sreenidi Deccan in an I-League 2024-25 matchup on Thursday at Deccan Arena in Hyderabad, Telangana.

Brazilian striker Paulo Cezar gave the Snow Leopards the lead in the 25th minute. However, the hosts struck back with Colombian forward David Castañeda Muñoz levelling the game in the 42nd minute.

The second-half saw Real Kashmir create chances but failing to convert them. It was a hard-fought game and the Srinagar club will be disappointed not to come away with all three points.

The draw lifted the Ishfaq Ahmad-coached team up to fourth on the I-League table. However, that could change depending on other teams' results.

Real Kashmir will next play Gokulam Kerala FC on Wednesday, February 12, away at EMS Stadium in Kozhikode, Kerala.
