First Deputy Prime Minister Visits UAE Airports, Cybersecurity Council


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) ABU DHABI, Feb 6 (KUNA) -- Kuwait's First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior sheikh Fahad Yousef Saud Al-Sabah concluded his visit to the UAE with a tour of the cyber Security Council, and the two international airports of Sheikh Zayed and Abu Dhabi.
During his visit to the CSC, he was briefed by head of the council Dr. Mohamad Al-Kuwaiti on the CSC mandate in protecting the UAE information infrastructure against cyber risks, according to a statement from the Kuwaiti Ministry of Interior.
At the two airports, Sheikh Fahad was apprised of the big strides made by the UAE in using the state-of-the-art technology to protect the airport security and ensure the safety of passengers.
Sheikh Fahad, accompanied by a delegation of senior security officials, arrived at Kuwait International Airport, concluding a trip to Egypt, Jordan, Oman and the UAE. (end)
