On Wednesday, February 5, fans of the Portuguese icon and Saudi Al-Nassr forward gathered in Times Square to unveil the bronze statue, which stands approximately 3.6 meters tall.

The Italian sculptor created the statue as a tribute to the football legend and to mark his 40th birthday on February 5.
