Mr. Lohse succeeds former CEO, Dennis Mahoney, who will remain on the company's Board of Directors.

Mr. Lohse is a proven executive with 25 years of leadership experience in multiple industries. His background includes global roles in sales, channel management, product management, and general management in the life science and telecommunications business units of Corning Incorporated. He most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of private equity backed Avidity Science, where he led the development and execution of Avidity's growth strategy resulting in a successful exit to ATS Corporation in November 2023.
