Doha, Qatar: The US Embassy in Doha announced the implementation of a new system for US visa appointments, payments, and courier services, effective February 8, 2025.
This update is part of the embassy's ongoing commitment to enhance the efficiency and user experience of its consular services.
To facilitate this transition, certain services will be temporarily unavailable during the update period:
. Visa appointment scheduling website: Unavailable from February 5 to 7. Existing appointments will proceed as scheduled.
. Fee payment services: Unavailable from February 4 to 7.
. Call center services: Unavailable from February 5 to 8.
. Passport and document drop-off/pick-up: Unavailable from February 5 to 8.
