Norwegian Diplomats Caught In Epicenter Of Missile Strike On Odesa Military Administration
(MENAFN- UkrinForm) Norwegian diplomats were caught in the epicenter of a Russian missile strike on Odesa late on Friday, January 31.
Oleh Kiper, head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, announced this on Telegram , Ukrinform reports.
"An absolutely deliberate strike by Russian terrorists. Fortunately, there were no fatalities. There were injuries, and medical assistance was provided. Norwegian diplomatic representatives were among those at the epicenter of the strike," Kiper wrote.

"We are doing everything we can to assist those affected," Kiper added.
Earlier reports said that Russian forces targeted Odesa's historic center with three ballistic missiles, hitting a hotel.
