(NASDAQ: SAMG), (the“Company”) today announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share of Class A common stock on January 29, 2025. The dividend will be paid on or about March 21, 2025 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 14, 2025.
