Film trade analyst Taran Adarsh reviewed the movie in a post on X and said,“Entertainment ka bada dhamaka... Horror + Comedy + Terrific Suspense... #KartikAaryan [excellent] - #AneesBazmee combo hits it out of the park... #MadhuriDixit + #VidyaBalan wowsome,” givivg it four star rating. It received 'UA' from the censor board and has a run time of 2 hours 38 minutes.
