Mubariz Aghakarim oglu Ibrahimov was born on February 7, 1988, in the Aliabad village of Bilasuvar district.
In 2009, he voluntarily entered military service on the front line. On the night of June 19, 2010, Ibragimov crossed a one-kilometer minefield between the two armies in the direction of Tartar, destroying a large number of enemy soldiers and officers of the Armenian Armed Forces in the initial attack. Mubariz Ibrahimov, who inflicted heavy losses on the enemy in a five-hour battle, was heroically martyred in an unequal struggle.
In recognition of his bravery, President Ilham Aliyev awarded Mubariz Ibrahimov the title "National Hero of Azerbaijan". His memory was further honored by another Order of the President.
