Rescuers Came Under Repeated Enemy Strikes In Kherson Region Yesterday

(MENAFN- UkrinForm) In the Kherson region, rescuers came under repeated enemy strikes. A 28-year-old rescuer was injured.

This is said in a report by the Kherson region's Police over the past day according to Ukrinform.

"In Sadove, a tank shelling caused a fire in a private building, the fire was extinguished by the State Emergency Service," the report said.

At the same time, the Russian military struck again at the rescuers with artillery, a 28-year-old rescuer was injured but his life is not in danger.

According to the police, in the Korabel neighborhood in Kherson, a police car was damaged by artillery fire.

Over the past day, the police responded to 265 statements and reports from citizens about criminal offenses and other incidents. Twelve proceedings were opened under Article 438 "Violation of the laws and customs of war" of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

As reported by Ukrinform, nine fires broke out in the Kherson region overnight as a result of Russian strikes on the territories of private households.
