Stephen Robertson Replaces Simon Pangrazio As Watatawa MD

(MENAFN- PRovoke) SINGAPORE -
After more than 14 years as managing partner, Simon Pangrazio has stepped down from WE-owned corporate communications consultancy Watatawa in Singapore.

Pangrazio is replaced by Stephen Robertson (pictured), who is named managing director - reporting
to WE Asia-Pacific executive MD Nitin Mantri. Robertson takes on the role after 10 years with Watatawa.

Formerly president and CEO of Burson-Marsteller in Asia-Pacific, Pangrazio was part of Watatawa's founding team when it was first established by Bill Rylance in 2010.

“This transition is a passing-of-the-torch moment to the next generation of leadership and an example of how WE invests in and develops our leaders from within,” said Kass Sells, international CEO at WE.

“A long-time business partner to Simon, Stephen is a seasoned communications professional who knows the market, our people and our clients, with a strong vision for the future of Watatawa. At the same time, I want to extend our gratitude to Simon, who was instrumental in building the Watatawa business and the team we have today."

Watatawa now numbers more than 15 staffers in Singapore, working primarily on corporate, public affairs, ESG and financial communications.
