(MENAFN- UkrinForm) Ukraine's air defense units destroyed four Kh-59/Kh-69 guided air missiles launched by Russian tactical aircraft overnight.

The Ukrainian Air Force announced this on the Telegram messaging app, Ukrinform reports.

"On the night of June 21, 2024, the occupiers launched a strike from tactical aircraft with Kh-59/Kh-69 guided air missiles," the post reads.

The Ukrainian military said that all missiles had been intercepted in the Kirovohrad and Kherson regions.
