Intercontinental Doha Beach & Spa Welcomes Tim Hunt As New Executive Chef

Doha, Qatar: InterContinental Doha Beach & Spa has welcomed Chef Tim Hunt (pictured) to the team as Executive Chef. With over three decades of culinary experience spanning Europe, Asia, and China, Chef Tim brings a wealth of knowledge to our team.

His journey has taken him to esteemed hotels such as Fairmont Vancouver, Westin Beijing, Sheraton Yalong Bay, and Le Royal Meridien Shanghai, among others.

In his new role, Chef Tim will spearhead the culinary operations of InterContinental Doha Beach & Spa's 14 distinguished dining destinations. Additionally, he will oversee the experienced Banquets & Events and Outside Catering teams, ensuring seamless service and exceptional culinary experiences.

Before joining the InterContinental Doha Beach & Spa team, Chef Tim held prominent positions at acclaimed establishments such as EAST Hotel in Beijing and Sheraton Hotel Yalong Bay in Hainan, China.

Chef Tim is renowned for his commitment to operational excellence, innovation, and sustainability. Throughout his career, he has received numerous awards and accolades for his culinary creations, including being honoured with the Best Restaurant of the Year title in both Beijing and Shanghai.
