SME Ipos Raise Over Rs. 3500 Crore In 2023 So Far
This is due to strong participation of family offices as well as high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), adequate market liquidity, and optimistic investor sentiment.
This was higher than the 109 companies that raised Rs 1,875 crore through IPOs in all of 2022, according to data provided by Prime Database.
Looking ahead, the fundraising environment for SME IPOs is anticipated to remain favourable, experts said.
"The primary determinants include the growth potential of specific sectors, market liquidity levels, investor sentiment, and potential regulatory changes," Abhishek Jain, head of research at Arihant Capital Markets, told PTI.
