Kuwait, Uk Ink Mou On Celebration Of 125Th Anniversary Of Partnership

(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) LONDON, Aug 29 (KUNA) -- The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the State of Kuwait and the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) signed a memorandum of understanding on celebrating the 125th anniversary of Kuwait-UK partnership in 2024.
The document was inked by Kuwait Deputy Foreign Minister sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah and UK Minister of State in the Department for Business and Trade Lord Dominic Johnson at Lancaster House, west London, on Tuesday in the presence of Kuwaiti Foreign Minister Sheikh Salem Abdullah Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.
The signing of the document falls in the framework of the state visit to UK by His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Kuwait Investment Office (KIO) in London, according to a press release from the Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
