US judge refuses bail to black Trump enthusiast

(MENAFN) A Georgia judge has declined bail also did not agree to deploy a court-given protection attorney for the previous chief of Black Voices for Trump, that is to say that at least for the meanwhile, he is going to be imprisoned in one of America’s most risky prisons as in anticipation of trial on accusations that he supposedly attempted to assist upturn then-Leader Donald Trump’s 2020 election loss in the district.

Fulton County Superior Court Judge Emily Richardson passed on the verdict on Friday, causing Harrison Floyd to be the lone defendant amid the 19 individuals accused in the Georgia trump case to stay in prison as the trials are undecided. He is one of two black perpetrators. Trump as well as 17 other perpetrators were freed however, subject to pre-organized promise contracts after being reserved at the Fulton County prison during this week.

Judge Emily Richardson stated that “I do find that based on the open charge against you, there are grounds for bond to be denied at this point, so I’m going to go ahead and find that you are at risk to commit additional felonies and a potential risk to flee the jurisdiction.”
