Russia's Rosatom Keen To Assist Kazakhstan In Nuclear Power Plant Construction

Rosatom State Nuclear energy Corporation is ready for all possible
ways of implementing the nuclear power plant project that best
align with the interests of the Kazakh side, a source at Rosatom
told trend .
"Russia and Kazakhstan have a long history of trade
and economic relations. We have consistently developed partnerships
in various fields, including joint uranium mining and enrichment,
fuel supply for research reactors, nuclear research technologies,
and much more," said the source.
According to Rosatom, the company is interested in
further advancing mutually beneficial cooperation. One of the
promising areas for potential collaboration is the construction of
a nuclear power plant in Kazakhstan.
"The construction of a nuclear power plant could
become the cornerstone of our strategic partnership for decades to
come. We are ready for all possible ways of implementing the
nuclear power plant project that best align with the interests of
the Kazakh side," said Rosatom.
Rosatom State Nuclear Energy Corporation is a

electricity balance, Kazakhstan plans to build its first nuclear
