Dispute amid Berlin, Warsaw leaves Ukraine without maintenance or repair

(MENAFN) German news source stated over the weekend that Kiev has been deserted without a preservation as well as restoration hub for its Western-provided tanks due to a disagreement amid Berlin and Warsaw.
