Dozens Of Houses In Zviahel Destroyed, Damaged By Russian Missile Fragments


(MENAFN- UkrinForm) The investigative team of the Zviahel Police Department in Zhytomyr region is collecting evidence of the destruction caused by the fall of missile debris on residential buildings.

That's according to the zviahel district police department on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.

"As of 10:00 a.m., it was established that several residential buildings were destroyed due to the fall of enemy missile fragments in Zviahel, dozens of them have damage of varying degrees. Unfortunately, a 70-year-old resident was killed. A 77-year-old pensioner was hospitalized with injuries. Two other residents were provided medical assistance without being taken to the hospital," the statement said.

The investigative team of the Zviahel Police Department continues to work at the scene, documenting the circumstances and collecting evidence of war crimes committed by the Russian army.

As Ukrinform reported, at night, air defense forces shot down a missile in the Zhytomyr region, the fragments of which fell on Zviahel, killing one person and injuring three.
