(MENAFN- BPG Group) Dubai, United Arab Emirates; May 13, 2023: From the studio which produced Cartoon Network’s EMEA-produced hit series, The Amazing World of Gumball, comes the brand-new Cartoon Network original show The Heroic Quest of the Valiant Prince Ivandoe. The new series was screened for the first time in Dubai, in the presence of multiple key media personnel and influencers.
Set in a world of swashbuckling heroes, royal rivalries, and magical fairy-tale creatures, The show dives into Prince Ivandoe’s quest, which takes him far away from home and places him in the path of unimaginable danger and some rather spectacular nincompoops.
Following the success of the short-form series, which debuted in 2017 on Cartoon Network YouTube, The Heroic Quest of the Valiant Prince Ivandoe’s five-chapter series introduces new colourful kingdoms and characters, as well as returning to some familiar characters such as Prince Ivandoe’s nemesis the awful Prince Svan, Jezebel the tricky Robber Princess, and who could forget the staggeringly odd Sassy Gnomes.
In Chapter One, Prince Ivandoe bids farewell to “The Kingdom of the Mighty Stag” and sets off on his quest through The Five Kingdoms. In subsequent chapters, the quest ultimately leads him to the mysterious Eagle Mountain and the legendary Golden Feather, said to grant the true desire of one’s heart.
This is the latest series to be produced by Hanna-Barbera Studios Europe in London. Key creatives involved in the project are Christian Bøving-Andersen and Eva Lee Wallberg as Creators, Writers and Series Directors, Daniel Lennard is Co-Creator, Writer and Executive Story Editor, while the animation studio for the series is the award-winning Sun Creature Studio in Denmark.
