Police Chief, Australian Ambassador Talk Cooperation

(MENAFN- Jordan Times) AMMAN - Public Security Directorate (PSD) Director Maj. Gen. Obaidallah Maaytah and Australian Ambassador to Jordan Bernard Lynch on Monday went over means to enhance cooperation in the security and Police fields and exchange expertise between the two countries' security apparatuses.

Maaytah stressed PSD's keenness to boost strategic partnership with its Australian counterpart with the aim of enriching police and security expertise, mainly at the training and technical levels, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

Lynch commended the PSD's efforts in providing comprehensive security and humanitarian services, stressing the importance of enhancing cooperation and coordination in a way that serves the two countries.
