Department Of Meteorology Warns Of Strong Wind, High Sea


(MENAFN- Gulf Times) Weather inshore until 6 pm on Saturday will be moderate during the day with some clouds, and slight dust, relatively cold by night, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report.
Offshore it will be dusty at times, the report added, warning strong wind and high sea.
Wind inshore will be northwesterly at a speed of 08 to 18 knot gusting to 25 knot.
Offshore, it will be northwesterly to westerly at a speed of 18 to 25 knot gusting to 30 knot at first, decreasing to 08-18 knot evening.
Visibility will be 4 to 8 kilometres.
Sea state inshore will be 2 to 5 feet at first, decreasing to 1-3 feet by night. Offshore it will be 5 to 8/10 at first to 3/5 feet by night.
