(MENAFN- UkrinForm) Ukraine's State Property Fund has scheduled a privatization auction for the sale of PJSC Izmail Winery for April 11. That's according to the fund's press service , Ukrinform reports.
'The State Property Fund has announced a privatization auction for the sale of Izmail Winery. The auction is scheduled for April 11. It will take place in the Prozorro.Sales online system,' the report reads.
The starting price of the object is UAH 35.7 million, and the deposit is UAH 7.1 million (excluding VAT).
According to the SPF, the winery's assets include a wine cellar, a grape processing plant, bottling plants, a sparkling wine production plant, a warehouse for finished products, an exhibition center, administrative buildings, etc. The total area of the premises is 27,200 square meters.
The assets are located in Izmail, Odesa region, as well as in the villages of Suvorove, Plavni and Prymorske (recreation center).
