Al Khulaifi Hands Over Message To Burundi President

Bujumbura: Amir H H sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani sent a written message to President of the Republic of Burundi H E Evariste Ndayishimiye, pertaining to bilateral relations and means of supporting and developing them.
Assistant Foreign Minister for Regional Affairs H E Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulaziz bin Salih Al Khulaifi handed over the message during a meeting with the President of Burundi in Bujumbura yesterday.
At the outset of the meeting, the Assistant Foreign Minister for Regional Affairs conveyed the greetings of Amir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani to the President of Burundi, and His Highness' wishes to the people of Burundi of further progress and prosperity.
The President of Burundi entrusted the Assistant Foreign Minister for Regional Affairs to convey his greetings to H H the Amir, wishing His Highness good health and happiness and the Qatari people continued development and prosperity.
During the meeting, they discussed relations between the two countries and the latest developments in the region.
