(MENAFN- UkrinForm) After 300 years, history is turning upside down because in the future, Ukraine, as part of Europe, will determine Russia's fate. This was emphasized by Dmytro kuleba , the Minister for Foreign Affairs, Ukrinform reports.
'If previously Russia, as an empire, determined the fate of Ukraine away from Europe, now Ukraine as part of Europe will determine the fate of the Russian Empire. In fact, the three hundred years of history will turn head over heal,' Kuleba said.
