(MENAFN) Chief of Iranian home appliance sellers’ union stated higher than 75 percent of the equipment and parts utilized for production many types of home appliances are manufactured locally and just 25 percent involving pumps and motors are shipped in, as mentioned in a report by IRIB.

“In the field of audio and video equipment, however, 40 percent is domestically produced and 60 percent is supplied through imports,” Akbar Pazouki stated.
